I spent almost 7 years as the executive chef for a wealthy Russian businessman with houses in Moscow, Sardinia, Miami and a Yacht. I was based mostly in Moscow but travelled with the Principal whenever he holidayed in other locations.
I worked long days cooking for children, family as well as VIP guests and catering for the Jet. As time went on I found myself taking more of a management role as more properties were bought. I hired and trained chefs for all properties, designed new kitchens, cooked large dinner parties for 60+.
