What to do:

• Building long-term relationships with VIP players by offering personalized conditions, addressing their concerns, and meeting client needs.
• Player activity analysis. Regularly analyze VIP player behavior, including game preferences, deposits, and bonus usage, to develop tailored offers and recommendations that increase player engagement.
• Customer-oriented approach. Quickly and efficiently respond to VIP client requests and complaints, ensuring problem resolution to maintain a high level of product satisfaction.
• Upselling. Monitor VIP player activity and identify opportunities for additional sales by offering attractive bonus offers to increase average check size.
• Product understanding. Deep understanding of the product, terms, and promotions. It is important to provide quality recommendations and advice to our VIP players.
• Teamwork. Interact with colleagues from the VIP department to exchange ideas, practices, and strategies for improving work with VIP clients.

What do we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP manager, customer relationship manager, support specialist, or in a similar position. Experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Russian (C2) and English (C1).
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1) or German (C1) will be a big plus.
• High communication skills, proficient oral and written communication.
• Ability to listen attentively to the client, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requests.
• Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in difficult situations, effectively cope with stress.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Experience with CRM.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work with analytical tools.
• Ability to work with numbers.
