Responsibilities:
Handling incoming leads from Google, Facebook ads, and other sources;
Managing leads through the CRM system, updating statuses, and following up with clients;
Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, documenting project requirements and budgets;
Working closely with the sales team and passing qualified leads to the Account Executive;
Communicating with leads via email and WhatsApp.
Key Requirements:
English proficiency at C1 level or higher;
Minimum of 6 months experience in IT sales management.
Nice to Have:
custom development sales;
international projects experience.
