We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team, someone who loves interesting, challenging, and new tasks, has a burning desire to grow, and wants more than they currently have, someone my colleagues and I can rely on.

You will work in the Recruitment department where employees are involved in searching for and selecting personnel, assisting managers in conducting interviews, and supporting new employees during their adaptation period.

What you need to do:

• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure alignment with the company's values and requirements
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process

What we expect from the candidate:

• Fluent in Arabic or Chinese
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the retail industry or a related field
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and managers
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results
• High degree of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards throughout the recruitment process
