We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join the support team in a well-known Law firm (Ex-ILF).

Responsibilities include:

- Drafting and proofreading documents in Word, creating PowerPoint presentations, and managing Excel spreadsheets.
- Assisting lawyers with correspondence and court document preparation.
- Handling scanning, copying, printing, and binding of documents.
- Providing translations between English and Russian.
- Communicating with clients and guests in person and via phone.
- Offering administrative support, including calendar management and organizing business trips.

Ideal candidates will:
- Hold a higher education degree.
- Be fluent in English and Russian, with legal translation experience.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in leading law firms.
- Be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Manage information effectively and prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Exhibit strong client-oriented communication skills.
- Be proactive team players ready to tackle challenges.
