Job Functions:

• Development of templates of legal documents (contracts, applications, letters, etc.) Verification of contracts for compliance with the developed templates;

• Review of the legal documents/contracts of the various types, provide the legal advice in relation with general area in relation with business, follow-up and manage Arbitrazh/ administrative court proceedings, represent and attend the court hearings, draft and review of the documents to be submitted to the court, draft and review of the regulator's inquiry response;

• Support legal tasks regarding corporate's overall business management through contract review and legal consultation and minimize management risks by responding to legal disputes/ law suits;

• Minimize the company's legal risks by responding to major disputes;

• Establish a strategy to respond to major disputes like litigation, arbitration, and claim;

• Identify and analyze a country's regulation-related trend (legislation and precedent) which is related to the company's business like labor, environment, HR, etc. Suggest a response measure.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Upper-Intermediate English Level (strictly);

• At least 2 years or more working experience with contracts management (excluding legal assistance and not related to contract management tasks). Experience in working with service agreements is preferable.
