We’re looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying — a performance-driven strategist and people leader who knows how to scale traffic in Gambling / Betting verticals across Meta Ads, Moloco, and In-App. If you’ve led teams, managed budgets, and lived through Facebook compliance hell — we want you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Lead of Media Buying Team)

● Leading and scaling a high-performing team of media buyers.
● Setting goals, tracking KPIs, and growing in-house expertise.
● Building and executing buying strategies in Gambling / Betting verticals.
● Managing large traffic volumes while hitting ROI / ROAS / CPA / LTV targets.
● Hands-on optimization of sources:
 — Meta Ads (Facebook)
 — Moloco Ads
 — In-App performance traffic
● Owning the full funnel: creatives → media buying → post-click → in-app metrics.
● Managing ad budgets and team-level P&L.
● Structuring A/B testing systems and hypothesis pipelines.
● Working closely with analytics, product, and creatives.
● Controlling traffic quality, antifraud checks, and platform compliance.
● Ensuring account stability and managing risk (especially on Facebook).

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Proven experience in gambling / betting traffic buying — must-have.
● 2–3+ years leading a media buying team.
● Deep hands-on expertise in:
 — Facebook / Meta Ads (including restricted verticals setup)
 — Moloco
 — In-app traffic sources
● Solid grasp of ad policies and platform limitations for gambling/betting.
● Strong skills in mobile analytics and attribution tools.
● Fluent in performance KPIs: CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, Retention, Payback.
● Experience managing and scaling large budgets.
● Leadership mindset: team building, motivation, and strategic growth.
● English — Upper-Intermediate+.

Bonus Points

● Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs in gambling/betting.
● Deep understanding of in-app traffic ecosystem.
● Background in affiliate networks and partnerships.
● Traffic quality control / antifraud experience.
● Launching and scaling new ad sources.
