We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation manager!

Responsibilities:

  • collaborate closely with our senior lead generator and sales manager to refine lead searches and enhance follow-up processes with potential clients.

  • actively participate in calls and video conferences, representing Usetech professionally.

  • co-lead the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
  • dedicate most of your time to hunting, qualifying, and converting leads into meetings with our sales managers.
  • utilize AI tools such as Notebook LM, Fireflies, GPT, Runway, and Klings.ai to optimize our operations.
  • gain hands-on experience in a highly professional B2B environment, selling AI and complex IT solutions to global enterprises.

Nice to have:

  • Excellent English proficiency, as you will work primarily in English on the international market.
  • Professional business writing experience to effectively communicate with clients and prepare materials.
  • Strong drive, energy, and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply AI tools to improve our processes (knowledge of IT is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good management skills and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Team Collaboration: You will be part of a team of six, working side by side with our senior lead generator and sales manager.
  • Remote Work: The role requires at least 5 part-time hours each day, which can be completed remotely. The person needs to be available to connect with clients and internal team.
  • International Exposure: There may be opportunities for international travel based on business needs.
