Responsibilities:

• Management of benefits for employees: insurance, meals, etc. Interaction with suppliers, control of payments, budgeting and cost forecasting;
• Administration of personal accounts of employees in the 1C program, training of employees, initiation and implementation of improvements to the program together with the supplier and programmers;
• Monitoring compliance with the vacation schedule, monthly analytical reporting, assistance to employees in planning and arranging vacations;
• Forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis for personnel costs in terms of benefits;
• Leading the corporate charity program.

We are looking:

• Have a good command of English (Upper - intermediate level) and ready to use it during work;
• Have high analytical skills;
• Advanced Excel user;
• Have excellent skills of Power Point;
• Ready to work with a large number of tasks;
• Competent Russian speech and good communication skills;
• Attention to details;
