BestDoctor is a leading Insuretech company with established investors on board. Our insurance premiums will exceed 25 bn RUB in 2024, of which Medical constitutes 3bn.

Oure Medtech unit is built by doctors with innovation and client experience in mind. It operates as a standalone Business unit with own Product, IT, Sales teams.

Tasks:

1. Partner BU Head:
- Own and develop BU financial model
- Run scenario analysis
- Coordinate Sales vs. Finance & Underwriting discsussions / set profitability targets
- Own and create key BU Decks: Strategy, Monthly business reporting, ad hoc analyses etc.
2. Create operational cycle for the BU
- Weekly business meetings based on numbers
- Monthly Operational Review preparation: factor analyses; presentations
- Monthly Business Forecasting - rolling topling forecast based on business drivers
3. Own bottom-up BU budget
4. Own BU PL - assemble and check PL topline / OPEX / allocations
5. Own all BU-related data sources as an internal expert

Job requirements:

Finance BP is an exeuction and strategy role. She / he partners Medtech CEO in planning, analysis and establishing operational and tactical reporting of the ecosystem.

We need a strong Finance partner who can build reporting processes, financial and analytical models, guide and push our Medtech ecosystem team to achieve profit targets

We are looking for candidates with proven execution quality (3-5 yrs in Finance dpts technology firms / B4/B3 consulting experience), are proficient in financial modelling and creating finance and business decks and acting as a Finance partner of FP&A analyst or leader
