This is Physical Transformation.

And we are now entering new markets! Dubai. That's why we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

Physical Transformation is:
- it-product in which more than 50 thousand people have successfully lost weight and solved issues with nutrition, figure, health;
- more than 350 employees in a team where everyone is passionate about their work and common idea; - clear interaction and communication processes;
- the opportunity to propose ideas for product development and see the results of work.

Having taken a leading position in the Russian market we decided to move on and help people all over the world! Our first destination is Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong outcomes focused, partnering relationships with key internal project delivery stakeholders facilitating a coordinated program of property related targeted outcomes.
- Lead the business performance of the location, driving it to reach the highest objectives.
- Conduct thorough local market research and engage in expert interviews.
- Implement the company’s initial strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and refine local marketing and sales processes.
- Create comprehensive analytics and reporting systems.
- Develop and test data-driven growth hypotheses in marketing, sales, and product areas.
- Recruit and manage your growth team.
- Maintain frequent communication with clients and both internal and external partners.
- Coordinate activities with local partners and investors.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product, project, or growth management roles
- Experience in people management and managing teams
- Proficiency in key business metrics and the ability to construct a metric tree
- Proven success in directly influencing business results
- Excellent communication skills and effortless rapport building
- Experience in budget and team management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments
- Hands-on attitude – ready to take on practical tasks
- Fluent in spoken and written English.​​​​​​​
