We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce .

As an Influence and Sales Manager, you play a crucial role within Company partner acquisition and retention strategy for our consulting business. You will be responsible for developing your own portfolio of influence partners and merchants, provide them with personalized support, and onboarding them to use our consulting services.

You will receive dedicated training and on-going support including knowledge about financial markets, sales skills, persuasion techniques, soft skills and much more.

What is to be done:

  • Responsible for getting influence partners and clients brokers on financial market through gaining them via online channels (Facebook, Linkedin, and other)
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing ones and achieving profitability and increased sales growth
  • Meeting clients when necessary and re-assuring them of the company product
  • Providing management with feedback
  • Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies.
  • To establish and build strong relationship with clients
  • To meet or exceed monthly\quarterly targets
  • To assist in making additional materials, presentations when necessary
  • To provide all necessary support to all of Company clients on a reactive basis including but not limited to: telephone calls, chat, emails and at educational events
  • Participate in the company’s activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • University degree in a relevant financial or commercial discipline – an advantage
  • Strong sales experience before considered as a big advantage
  • Experience within the financial services and banking industry, a specific experience in Forex Brokerage will be considered a plus
  • Sales enthusiast and ability to be flexible
  • Result oriented and dynamic
  • Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent Communication skills verbal and written
  • A strong understanding of how to work with customer
  • Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • English, spoken and written
