Learning & Development:
- Defines Learning & Development Strategy and training plans based on identified capability needs and gaps
- Identifies and recommends relevant training resources (internal or external), including use of Learning & Development platforms to streamline approach
- Creates soft skill trainings to develop internal capability
- Delivers key trainings (soft and/or technical skills) in line with training program
- Retains overview of L&D budget, ensuring relevant spend and investment
- Focus for self-developed solutions
Performance and Talent Management
- Defines Performance & Talent Development Strategy to support business strategy and goals
- Acts as Centre of Expertise for Performance and Talent Management, working with Partners to ensure SMART goals have been set for individuals and Individual Development Plans defined
- Works with Line Managers to ensure proper guidelines and goals are set for probation period
- Works with HR team to support management in defining Talent Designations for their staff and appropriate plans to develop them
Engagement and Employee Value Proposition
- Supports Onboarding plans for senior employees
- Leads Welcome Days for New Hires
- Leads initiatives to build and strengthen corporate culture and engagement
What will be my responsibilities?
- Determination of training demands
- Creation and implementation of training plans across all offices of the company
- Analysis, optimization and further development of current T&D approach: development and implementation of new training programs for all levels of personnel
- Review of training materials prepared by other employees in terms of relevance, quality and compliance with the standards (including accounting direction)
- Control the efficiency of education
- Supervise corporate language classes
What do I need to fit the job?
- Higher education (additional professional education will be a plus)
- Fluent English
- At list 3 years of relevant professional experience preferably in international companies
- Proved experience in creating and conducting of trainings and training materials
- Managerial experience 1+ years would be an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Motivated and proactive character with international business mind set
- Advanced PC user
