Overview:

Pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an English Language Translator. This role will be responsible for accurately translating and proofreading of a variety of regulatory documents and medical reports, ensuring the effective conveyance of messages while maintaining technical sensitivity and relevance to the target audience. Expertise in translating health-related language, as well as attention to detail and proofreading skills, will be crucial in maintaining the accuracy of our pharmaceutical materials and adherence to industry-specific guidelines.

Liabilities:

• To translate, proofread and edit texts for CTD-dossiers and Site Master Files: m1 – Administrative information and prescribing information; m2 – Overviews and summaries of Modules 3–5; m3 – Quality (pharmaceutical documentation); m4 – Non-clinical reports (pharmacology/toxicology); m5 – Clinical study reports, etc.
• Accurately translate all copy needs for regulatory materials, including brochures, CCDSs, SPCs, newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts, and website content
• Ensure translations effectively convey the intended message while maintaining cultural sensitivity and relevance to the target audience
• Consistency in Translation: maintain a cohesive and professional image across all regulatory documentation by creating consistency in the choice of words, phrases, and tone throughout translations. Adapt to different regional variations of the English language and sеlесtappropriate vocabulary and expressions accordingly

Experience:

• Three to five years demonstrated work experience in English language translation within health care, pharmaceuticals and for and social media
• Fluency in English and Russian, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proven translation experience in a healthcare environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of medical terminology and health-related language
• Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific guidelines and standards for translation
• Proficiency in using translation tools and software (CAT-tools)
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Adobe editing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator) a plus
