TengizChevrOil (Kazakhstan) , Future Growth Project (FGP) , Brownfield Fiber Optic Tie -in
Engineer of Control& Power d epartment (C&P) .
Key responsibilities:
 Tie -in and integration of new designed fiber optic networks (FOC) into existing Brownfie ld ones
between electric power S ub stations by OHPL /OPGW 6kV - 110 kV ;
 Coordinat e and manage the changes during construction and engineering phase s of construction;
 Revi se of technical JobP acks (JPK/TRS) and site survey reports of contra ctors;
 Provide engineering support for contra ctors during construction an tie -in in the field;
 Initiate and support Management of Change procedure (MOC) for brownfield networks;
 Initiate and support RIMS and RFI procedure (Redl ine) ;
 Revise and contribute suggestions to the development of Method Statements for tie -in (Step -by -
Step procedure development );
 Revise and analyze contractors’ commercial proposals;
 Contribute suggestions to the development of the Level 3 and Level 4 work schedules;

Key responsibilities:
 Coordinate and revi se design documentation of Structured Cable System (SCS) ;
 Lead the meetings for construction progress SCS and control of schedules and reports preparation ;
 Collaborate with Operations Department CPC in order to avoid system shutdown risks of pipeline ,
in correction of technical solutions and integration of new telecom networks and nodes to the
existing ones (Brownfield);
 Control and supervis e the contractors during the construction of telecom systems ;
 Make changes into the design document ation within Author Supervision;
 Carry out the telecom equipment Entrance Control ;
 Accept the installed equipment on the sites;

 Prepare tec hnical solutions and calculate scope of work and materials for additional agreements
during construction.
