RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily interpreting at the Rig Floor for expats and nationals to provide proper communication for ongoing drilling operations;
Translations of work procedures, equipment manuals, safety bulletins;
Analyze safety cards filled in by drilling personnel and submit to safety office;
Make sure rig personnel have proper JSAs (job safety analysis) and permit-to-work depending on the work activities performed and report to Rig Manager on a daily basis;
Assist with proper closeout procedure of permit-to-work;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate SIMOPS activities by analyzing permits submitted by Subcontractors;
Discuss safety expectations with HSE manager and communicating the same to Subcontractors;
Participating in job site audits to check the compliance of the actual work activities with those described in PTW;
Keep record of permits and monitoring their status,
Overseeing proper opening/ close out/suspension of permits by Subcontractors;
Dealing with processes related to proper PTW generating if required (ICCs, LOTO, Temporary Defeat);
Providing Subcontractors with advice/training on PTW system;
Advising Subcontractors on how to fill in the Job Safety/Hazard Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily participation in pre-tour and pre-job safety meetings and bringing up the current HSE concerns and focus depending on operations being carried out by the crews;
Review Conscious Observation & Actions to Control Hazards (COACH) cards and enter them into the data management system;
Interfacing with Berkut Offshore Platform rig and deck crew and monitor activities to promote safe operations;
Mentor personnel regarding HSE policies, procedures and standards to promote understanding and implementation consistent with Company goals and objectives;
Facilitating and/or conducting weekly safety meetings;
Assisting in preparation and reviewing of JSAs (job safety analysis) and permits; review hazards and mitigations with workers for same;
Conduct weekly inspections for fall protection;
Conduct visitor HSE inductions/orientations;
Manage logs for HSE department (induction, workplace-related training etc) to be in compliance with RTN requirements;
Participation in investigations of incidents and ensuring implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures;
Maintaining required documentation (daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and safety statistics).
PROJECT: ORLAN OFFSHORE PLATFORM WELL BAY AREA RETROFIT PROJECT AND M&M SMALL PROJECTS, SAKHALIN-1 COMPANY: FLUOR DANIEL EURASIA, INC.
POSITION: PERMIT-TO-WORK COORDINATOR /PROJECT COORDINATOR
PERIOD: MAY 2013 - JULY 2014
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PTW coordinator: process (create, maintain all project) permit-to-work for ORWE PPG team and Contractors in accordance with Client's Procedures, Safety & SIMOPS requirements and expectations when working on a live production platform.
Implementing Client's Work Management System Manual standards into PPG team permit documentation.
Interface with Client and Contractor Onshore support teams in relation to Manpower and Materials and resolving all associated issues
Daily participation in Pre-Tower, Toolbox and SIMOPS meetings
Weekly participation in Construction, Scheduling and Commissioning/Start-up meetings
Administrative duties: daily reporting of ORWE PPG progress by measuring/checking with contractors and issuing reports to Client and Company office.
Assist Company and Contractors personnel transportation on/off Orlan and arrange for accommodation.
Material Controller: receive and acceptance of material at Orlan, coordinate PPG material staging with Orlan deck crew; administer and perform material handover of Free-Issue materials to Contractors as per Company policy; Manage the logistics of material shipping and handling for ORWE Project. Interface with onshore home base office on materials delivery issues.
Translator: translations vary from office and on-site.

PROJECT: CHAYVO WELL SITE EXPANSION, SAKHALIN-1 COMPANY: FLUOR DANIEL EURASIA, INC.
POSITION: PERMIT-TO-WORK COORDINATOR
PERIOD: MAY 2012 - MAY 2013 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure Contractors include proper documentation in the PTW package (procedures, MSDS, maps, drawings, checklists etc);
Ensure no SIMOPS occurrence due to several activities in one area (e.g. welding and critical lift in close vicinity);
Assist/Advise Contractors on generating complex permit pack (e.g. critical lift permit, breaking containment)
Assist/Advise Contractors on any issues concerning permits and/or electronic permit-to-work system;
Participating in job site audits to check the compliance of the actual work activities with those described in PTW.


PROJECT: ARKUTUN-DAGI PIPELINE CONSTRICTION/ CHAYVO OPF EXPANSION PROJECT. SAKHALIN-1.

POSITION: PERMIT-TO-WORK COORDINATOR PERIOD: FEBRUARY 2010 - MAY 2012.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating permits-to-work (PTW) in accordance with PTW procedure established on-site (use Sentinel PRO V4.07 software);
Visiting Client's SIMOPS meetings;
Ensuring proper documentation is included in the PTW package (procedures, MSDS, maps, drawings, checklists etc);
Managing Permit-to-Work register (live, closed, suspended permits);
Dealing with processes related to proper PTW generating if required (ICCs, LOTO, Temporary Defeat);
Providing supervisors with advice/training on ePTW system;
Advising supervisors on how to fill in the Job Safety/Hazard Analysis;
Handling SIMOPS with other contractors' groups;
Weekly audits to check the compliance of the actual work activities with those described in PTW;
Making reports (oral) on safety moments at the company daily construction meetings;
