Responsible for all the aspects of Automotive Components Plant.
Functional:
• establishment of entity,
• hiring of employees (Management Team),
• startup of Brownfield,
• relocation of projects from other locations to Brownfield and ramp up activity,
• startup/opening of Greenfield,
• relocation of projects to Greenfield,
• ramp up for new launches,
• running the production,
• improvements on the Plant,
• budgeting,
• overseeing Facility construction,
• developing the Business plan within the corporation’s policies,
• proposing contingency and improvement actions that increase the results,
• contributing the process and products quality of the ISO requirements,
• elaborating and controlling efficiently the budget of the area in accordance with the
sales forecast,
• supervising of purchasing expendable and raw materials.

• controlling of internal and external audits from different directions,
• supervising of finance activity.
Plant processes reviewing (Checking Prod control Boards):
• Internal Quality Reporting Meeting (Prod areas reports regarding out and in-house defects),
• Weekly Management Meeting (Feedback from all Mgrs), Weekly Production Meeting (Prod plan and results of KPI),
• Weekly Quality Meeting (Quality defects analyze), Weekly project Meeting (reviewing of current status of projects), Safety patrol (with all Mgrs).
Reporting to the Top-Management:
1. Report for Top Management (Overview of Plant on weekly/monthly basis and reporting).
Achievements:
1. Create entity for future plant in May 2020
2. Startup of Brownfield with relocation equipment from June 2020.
3. Build up of new plant in April 2021.
4. Startup of new plant with relocation of equipment from May 2021.

11. Direct participation in reception of the license of RTN for operation of fire and chemically dangerous industrial objects (description about industrial inspection, conclusion of industrial safety, description about an order of investigation of the reasons of incidents and their account on dangerous industrial object)
12. Since May 2010 activity in introduction of QC circles on manufacture and their participation at corporate level – 3rd Place in Europe 2012 year.
13. Since 2012 activity in introduction of Skill competition (all Europe and world Toyota Boshoku Plants) on manufacture and their participation at corporate level – 1st Place in Europe, 1st Place in World for Sewing process, 3rd Place in Europe for Assembly in 2013 year.
