Working with large corporate customers (natural resources, oil and gas) on the corporate finance
deals structuring and origination. The range of products offered to the largest customers is as
follows: lending revolving, syndicated/club loans, bridge loans, documentary business (letters of
credit, guarantees), bilateral loans etc. Preparation of the Term sheet and negotiation of the credit
product offer in terms of all the essential aspects including pricing. Coordination of credit
analysis process. Carrying the deal through the approval process (risk management, credit

Credit committee. Liaison with the Head office in Austria on all the issues of limit application in

Responsible for effectively communicating the key messages to the prospective as well as
the existing investors, preparing the investment related presentations, and assisting in
preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly project and ad-hoc reports to perform the

corporate portfolio guarantees to maintain capital adequacy ratio.
Bilateral, club loans, money market and bond purchase deals with members of Raiffeisen
Bank International AG Group.
Debt financing, liaison with the Central Bank of Russia, National Depositary Center and
MICEX in the preparation of the bond issue of the bank.Preparation of bond issue
documentation and bond issue execution.
• Preparation of quarterly reports of the issuer of the securities and mandatory material
facts disclosure under the issue of public debt instruments in accordance with the
regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
• Preparation of materials for meetings with international rating agencies, tracking
changes in the methodology of rating agencies, coordination of press releases and public
analyzes of rating agencies about the bank.
• Performing in depth financial analysis, researching the market and monitoring the
trading trends and obtaining answers from the Bank for the questions raised by the
investors and international rating agencies.
