My responsibilities:
- Conducting workshops with international shippers, subsequently adapting the customer's requirements into solutions using
TRANSPOREON modules (using PRINCE2 as project management method)
- Active participation in the implementation process involving direct contact and constant communication with the customer

- Successful implementation of 8 projects from start to finish (roll-outs, stand-alone,
enhancement packages)
- Supervision of 10 projects currently in the pipeline
