Oct 2013 – Freelance. Ecological development of formats of retail trade. Launch of the BTL agency Totosha – the largest in
Present St.Petersburg organizer of cultural-education events for children and parents. 27 events, attended by more than 90 000
guests were run as of 2014. The new direction “Author school” was added as of September 2018. The “Author school” is the
floor for communication, exchange of experience, education of teachers in the area of private education. We organize and
run pedagogical conferences, forums, seminars, schools of pedagogical mastery. The first international pedagogical
conference “Author school” was organized in St.Petersburg in February 2019.

Regulatory/Corporate Affairs Director, Russia, Hayat holding.
Establishment of contacts and work with federal and regional (Tatarstan) government officials, communication agencies,
publishing houses, CSR projects in Russia.
Feb 2015 – Development and launch of internal and external corporate communications in Russia including Russian part of the corporate

Creation of regulatory compliance system for Hayat products in Russia, qualification of certification organs, testing labs,
work with regulatory bodies, product registration authorities, professional communities, industry associations, NGOs,
opinion leaders, competitors, consumers, business partners.
Regulatory compliance of ATL/BTL product communication and advertisement for Russia. Generation of the claims/claim support
data.
Regulatory compliance of Hayat products, marketed in Customs Union. Product registrations, certifications, declarations of
compliance, development and clearance of artworks (labels) of consumer and transport units of products. State registration
of products as medical devices.
Monitoring and lobbying the acting and developing legislation, affecting the business of the company in Russia.
Prevention and resolving crises, related to the regulations, applicable to the circulation of Hayat products in Russia,
consumer complaints, complaints of business partners and investigations of regulatory bodies.
Participation in design of the professional relations projects, led by brands. Establishing for these goals contacts with
key scientific/professional experts, regulatory authorities and opinion leaders. Align the professional programs with the
external stakeholders and participate in main executional elements.
Key achievements:
Organization of Hayat plant launch in CEZ “Alabuga” (Tatarstan) with participation of President of Tatarstan, Minister of
Economy of Turkey, owners and top management of Hayat, media.
Transfer of all regulatory compliance procedures from HQ (Turkey) to Russia.
Setup of Regulatory/Corporate Affairs function/team in Hayat, Russia.
State registration of Hayat products (Joly, Evony) as medical devices in Russia.
External support of launch of new product category in Russia – Focus, Bingo.
No Hayat products are banned or restricted for circulation in Russia due to the Russia-Turkey crisis (RF Government Decree
#1296).
Hayat is permitted to continue hiring Turkish employees in Russia in 2016 (RF Government Decree # 1458).
Papia products are officially allowed on board of the international cosmic station
“Mir”. Dismissed due to reorganization/staff reduction.

Work with industry associations and NGOs - ACORT, AKIT, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, RSPP, IRT, ECR-Rus, MIBA,
Russian Association of Franchising, Greenpeace, WWF.

Agriculture, Rospotrebnadzor, Moscow Government, Moscow oblast Government, regional governments, State Duma, Federal
antimonopoly committee. Proactive monitoring and influencing the acting legislation, affecting X5 business, legislation
under development, both federal and regional. Prevention of and response to external crises situations.
GR support of company regional expansion – Tverskaya, Saratovskaya and Ryazanskaya regions. Work with regional Governors’
offices.
Work with commercial organizations (Rosnano, Sitronics) on introduction of RFID technology in retail sales.
Work with commercial companies (Tetra Pak, Coca-Cola, Baltika, others) on environmental protection projects and ecological

Launched sales of goods in X5 stores against the social card of a Muscovite (+ 260MM roubles per FY of NOS).
Got permission of day delivery of goods to Moscow stores by heavy trucks (70% of all goods were delivered to stores by
heavy trucks during daytime. This saved X5 11,2 billion roubles of sales in Moscow per month from May 2013).
As a result of the program of ecological development of retail trade formats X5 won the status of the greenest retailer in
Russia 2 times in a row according to the ecological rating of Greenpeace.
May 2009 – Oct 2009 GR/PR Director, Abbott Laboratories. Work with federal/regional governmental bodies, industry associations, professional
bodies, GR and PR agencies. Corporate, GR, PR and regulatory support for launch of medical and pediatric nutrition products
in Russia. Development and launch of corporate communication, corporate social responsibility projects in Russia.
Identification of opportunities in legislation, lobbying efforts. Reported to country GM and corporate headquarters
(Chicago, Washington D.C.)
Key achievement: launch of line-ups of medical and pediatric nutrition products in Russia, start of cooperation with the
professional community (endocrinologists).
April 2008 – May GR manager, M.Video. Work with governmental bodies (Minpromtorg, Mineconomdevelopment, Rospotrebnadzor, State Duma, FAS,
2009 others) and industry associations - RATEK, ACORT, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. PR, corporate relations and
social responsibility projects in Russia. Worked directly with President and owner of M.Video.
Key achievents: brought M.Video to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, took part in development of amendments of the
Governmental Decree # 575 (the new list of technically complex devices was enacted by the Decree # 924 in November 2011).
Organized shipments of first need products to the zone of Georgia-Osetia war via Red Cross and Ministry of Crises
Situations.
Nov 2007 – Feb 2008 Group Brand manager, Bayer. Marketing, advertisement and trade marketing support for children vitamins (Biovital) and skin
care (Bepanthen) products distributed by Bayer in Russia. Media planning. Management of the advertisement budget (€
1 000 000).
Key achievements: Start of the work with paediatricians on Bayer’s products. Qualification of the local manufacturer of
Bayer’s vitamin products.

Designed and executed the first global P&G research confirming the antidandruff superiority of Head & Shoulders vs. Clear
Vita ABE (Unilever).
Saved the circulation of alcohol-containing perfumery-cosmetic products in Russia after the enactment of the Federal Law #
171, regulating circulation of alcohol containing products in Russia.
Developed and organized approval in RosPotrebNadzod the ISO-based alternative method of toxicological evaluation of
products in scopes of their obligatory sanitary-epidemiological testing.
Obtained endorsements of paper and perfumery-cosmetic products by professional communities (RSOG, Russian Union of
Pediatricians, Northern State Medical University).
Change the status of FemCare products from “paper” to “medical devices”, registration of all P&G FemCare products as
medical devices in Roszdravnadzor, abolishment of licencing the circulation of medical devices (the law “On licencing of
different kinds of activities”. As a result P&G started to sell all feminine care products as medical devices via all
channels of distribution with no restrictions of communication with 10% VAT vs. 18% VAT on “paper products”. This saved
more than $ 10 MM per FY after tax.

Aug 97 - Nov 98 Associate brand manager, Tampax, Procter & Gamble.
Marketing, advertisement and regulatory support of Tampax, ATL/BTL communication, professional program for gynaecologists,
medical research projects, endorsement of all P&G feminine care products by the Russian Association of
obstetricians-gynaecologists, PR, distribution, consumer research and launch of new products in Russia. GR with Ministries
of Health and Education. Managed the advertisement budget (< $ 1 000 000 per FY).
Key achievements: integration of the P&G and Tambrands BTL program for school girls and gynaecologists. Designed the BTL
project "Girls Corporation", that was awarded as one of the best BTL projects in Russia.
Nov 94 – Marketing manager, Tambrands.
Jul 97 Launched and managed all aspects of marketing and advertisement support for hygienic (Veet), food (Twinings) and personal
hygiene (Durex) brands distributed by Tambrands in Russia. Organized and coordinated Tampax medical, research, professional
and educational programs, handled PR, consumer promotions, brand and corporate communication etc. GR with Ministries of
Health and Education. Cooperation with the Russian Association of obstetricians-gynaecologists. Created, trained and
managed the BTL department - 17 doctors in Russia and Ukraine. Managed the advertisement budget (< $ 2 000 000 per FY).
Moved to P&G due to the acquisition of Tampax by P&G.
Key achievements: Launched in Russia Veet, Twinings, Durex. Desiged and managed the most comprehensive POME program for
