Overall responsibility for fleet technical\good cosmetic condition, modification, IS\SS&DD preparation, budget compilation and control. Shipyard selection with tight relationship with the Commercial Department/Owners for avoid\reduce ballast voyages to\from the Yard, to from disport\load port. Negotiations with the Yards for best quality, time, budget and DD final cost. Final report preparation to the Owner. Technical assisting to the ship staff for closing of vetting/PSC observations.
Continue of technical & cosmetic condition improvement of the ships.

2003 – 2006 : Technical Superintendent\Deputy Technical Manager

Management over 15-20 years old ships. Partnership with LR, DNV, RS.
In that time geography of the shipyard for DD has been expended.
List of the spares\stores suppliers, service stations representatives etc, have been expanded after visit to SMM exhibition, Hamburg, Germany, NEVA, S-Pb, Russia.
Modification works with Class approval for DWT increasing of three “Handysize” bulkers, (from 22500dwt to 25000dwt), for attractive of these ships to the Charterers.

1999 – 2003 Entered to the Novorossiysk Shipping Company.
Chief Engineer on the ships under the NOVOSHIP (RU) & (UK)
Management. Participant of several DD with modification
and steel renewal (up to 500 ton)

1981 – 1999 FESCO ( Far East Shipping Co., Vladivostok, Russia). Work on diff. ships with
world wide range sailing, Arctic include, North Route sailing, North delivery of goods
to northern territory( Chukotka, East Arctic etc), .
