IT Project manager

Responsible for EUS and Infrastructure Operations in EMEA (Russia, Turkey, Middle East, North West and South Africa). Management of International IT team (Network specialists, application supporters, software developers, end-user services). IT projects management and leadership (Agile, SCRUM, Jira, Confluence): ERP system implementation, CRM international rollout. ISO56K standards implementation and follow-up. Subregional IT Budget preparation and its follow-up, IT costs management; Vendor Management. Preparation and implementation disaster recovery strategy, back-up and IT security policy. Participation in IA audit in Egypt, South Africa and Kenya, Turkey, Middle East, North West Africa, Russia; Managed Printing Services and Unisys outsourcing implementation. IT audits participation

Responsible for all Information Management activities of the Company in Russia. IT team management (system administrators, software developers); IT projects management and leadership: ERP system iScala implementation, CRM, development and setup Internet/Intranet company's network, corporate mail system, remote offices and warehouses support, Active Directory/Windows Server 2003 migration, warehouse management system project supervising; implementation IT security policy and procedures; Annual IT Budget preparation and its follow-up, IT costs management; Preparation and follow-up of the contracts with the IT equipment suppliers; Preparation and implementation disaster recovery plan, back-up and antivirus policy. Working with the IT Management abroad.

Responsible for all Information Systems and Technology Management activities for the Company in Moscow and regions. Recruitment and creation strong and professional IT team; working with recruiting agencies; IT people personal assessment and annual evaluation reports; Perform management and coordination of all IT personnel; IT projects management and leadership, based on ITIL principles: (ETMS/Ascent CRM, ERP system Scala, web-site development, networking and cabling system development and supervising, corporate mail system, operation systems migration to Windows 2000/2003 server, organization of the hot-line and help-desk support for the users, computer training for the non-IT people);Implementation and control company IT security policy and procedures; Annual IT Budget preparation and its follow-up, IT costs management; Preparation and follow-up of the contracts with the IT equipment suppliers; Preparation and implementation disaster recovery plan, back-up and antivirus policy. Participation at the annual IT international seminars in France.

Reorganization of IT activity due to the company’s growth. Coordinate the installation and maintenance of the IT system; implementation and support LAN/WAN environment at the head-office and subsidiaries; maintenance of the servers and workstations; troubleshooting and resolving daily systems operational problems; implementation policies and procedures in accordance with company international standards
