• Project controlling of all CIS destination business:
- Project profitability: project margin follow-up and cost control
- Validation of revenue recognition rules in line with ALU Policies
- Finance approval of deals
- Anticipate and manage Risks/Opportunities related to the project
- Support and advise PM/GPM for QPR, Sales and E2E Margin analysis and forecast, improvement of Sales phasing and Forecast accuracy
- WIP, Customer Facing Inventory control and follow-up
- SOX control follow-up
- Equipment ordering validation (OLA/OXIA/RSM Purchase Workflow)
• Project controller for big projects more than 100 MUSD revenue
• Projects follow-up on pre-sales stage (Sales, Bids & Proposal teams financial support on business scheme identification, tax issues, Order Intake, revenue recognition, etc.)
• PrOM implementation (Project related part)
• New company financial processes implementation in accordance with local accounting/tax requirement
• Joint Venture business cases preparation, involvement in finance process set-up, “localization of equipment” rules analyses

• CIS fixed costs budget preparation and control
• Heads movement and salary calculation forecast
• Quarterly forecast preparation, presentation to top management
• HFM monthly closing
• Accounts Payable and Receivable relations inside Alcatel-Lucent: organization of compensation of R&D hosting, expatriats; Payment control; Financial support; Old Interunit debts problem solving
• Preparation of Ad-hoc reports and analysis for top management
• Recruitment, coaching and supervision of direct reports
• R&D Financial support
• Financial support for special projects, not covered by standard duties, such as:
- Joint Venture Financial modeling: Heads, P&L, B/S, Cash flow;
- Alcatel-Lucent merge: new company budget, development and implementation of new cost-centers and reporting structure, participation in harmonization of financial procedures and policies;
- Office reallocation projects: Costs calculation; budget planning; Cash flow supervision;
