➢ To identify new business prospects, including cold calling activities, leveraging and internal relationships.
Completing all aspects of the sales process, from inception to completion. High level interaction with Senior Level
Management at the prospective client site and within the firm.
➢ To attend different conferences and other industry-related events to help strengthen existing client relationship,
develop new relationships, and promote Otkritie Capital’ s products and services.
➢ To maintain constant awareness of current and planned development of products. Interface with clients to keep
them abreast of product information.
➢ To develop strategic sales plan around the identification for accounts to maximize revenue opportunities
➢ To work closely with clients to gather feedback on the product offering and identify functionality gaps and

➢ To maintain business relationships with the partners in India (Senior Level management and within the firm).
➢ To coordinate business development of project related to an access to the Indian markets (IT, Compliance, Legal,

• Daily maintenance and on-boarding of clients’ accounts. Respond to client queries and act as a single point of contact for customers
• To explain peculiarities of trading on different stock markets and trading program QUIK, selling Renaissance Capital’s products and services. Day-to-day client’s trading and settlement support on different stocks (MICEX, RTS, FORTS, LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.) including all types of execution.
• Reporting. How to read it and support in solving different issues.
• Issues of taxation in Russia.
• Business relationship building and supporting. Build and develop relations with clients to make them feel
comfortable with the company. Optimization of the processes with the clients to provide better service, taking into considerations their business requirements and needs. Compliance, IT, Back Office, Trading, Treasury, Marketing, Sales, Repo desk, Risks to improve business
processes and speed them up. IT tasks setting and checking fulfillment.
• New products development and implementation. Coordination with different departments for correct setting up of all
steps of processing and monitoring execution. Arrange improvement of internal processes taking into consideration
business requirements to increase profitability.
• Write description of internal processes for colleagues. New team members training.
