About me I am a forward thinking, accomplished, results driven leader with a Twenty -five year demonstrable
record of accomplishment of success as a Construction Project Director/Project Manager of high
profile construction and fit out projects in Russia, Europe and the UK.

My extensive experience includes contracts in the commercial, standard and luxury retail,
hospitality, F&B, industrial, agricultural as well as standard and luxury residential sectors.

The projects that I have been responsible for include many h undreds of thousands of square
meter fit outs in Executive Offices, Offices, Retail stores, Hotels, Restaurants and common areas.
Other projects have included the construction and fit out of luxury homes for Oligarchs in Russia
and Industrial buildings of various types.

I am an adept, detail orientated, laterally thinking, skilled and experienced problem solver with a
good grasp of the overall picture of the projects that my team and I are working on. This has
allowed me to identify quickly when a project is in trouble and when additional resources are
required to ensure completion on time.
