Successfully established in 2008 in Moscow and developed the Russian branch of CoxGomyl, the multinational worldwide leader of facade access solutions and railway maintenance equipment.
CoxGomyl is a specialist engineering company covering all aspects of building façade access and specializing in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of the Building Maintenance Units (known as BMUs or Gondolas in Europe & Asia, Cradles, Scaffolds or Platforms in North America).
Managed the company legal entity in Russia including operational controls and processes to streamline business activities of a new local branch. Played key role promoting BMUs and Access Solutions in the Russian Federation and in the CIS countries. Built up local organizational structure in alignment with growth requirements.
Had overall responsibility for revenue and cost for Sales of company products and Services for the Russian Federation. Delivered branch sales and operations objectives consistent with business plans.
Managed, developed and pro-actively supported regional sales channels (distributors) in order to increase market share in the CIS. Managed strategic customer relationship and focused on customer satisfaction and growth in cooperation with regional sales channels.
Have an ability to partner across Senior leadership team, the Commercial teams (Sales & Marketing), Service, Finance, Operations, Logistics, HR, etc. to develop and execute regional Operation Plan and Strategy.
Represented the company towards regional institutions, organizations and authorities.
Attracted, developed and retained local talent pipeline. Hired, trained and developed highly-motivated employees as business grew. Drove legal, technical and ethical compliance.
Commercially acumen. Managed several big-middle-small size projects from pre and post tender to final account including but not limiting to Mercury City Tower (finished in 2013), Federation Tower (Tower East finished in 2010, Tower West under construction), International Centre (Tower B finished in 2010, Tower A under construction) in Moscow and Mariinsky Theatre (2nd Stage, finished in 2012) in St. Petersburg and Flame Towers in Baku, Azerbaijan. Reporting to a Regional GM in Australia and leading a team of engineers, sales, financial and project managers and site installers.
