Responsibilities:

Master Gas is a 410 KM long pipeline , PS -7 to PS -11, 56” Diameters and PS1 to PS3
56 ” Diameter for transportation of Sale gas.

• Coordination with client Representative SAPMT on Daily progress (Progress
Report preparation and submission).
• Inspection of material take -off to ensure that it is as per Project specification
and Drawings.
• Monitored Valve Stations, Pipeline activities, trenching, stringing, welding,
lowering, and tie -in, making Right of way.
• Automated Welding activities managing .(SERIMAX ) (J Bevel)
• NDT (Non -Destructive Testing) activities monitoring and scheduling. AUT
(Automated Ultrasonic Testing), RT (Radio grap hy Testing), PT (Penetrant
Testing) & MT (Magnetic Testing) etc.
• Accurately inventorying the job site and ensuring that the supplies are properly
maintained.
• Welding jobs for pipeline valve stations and burn pits (pipe tie -in, Welding
Repairs, structural welding, Sag over bends welding, jump over tie -in, well head
tie -in).
• Pipe Coating for wel ding joints with APCO co. , Stopaq wrapping, Holiday tests,
and pipe Strings Lowering .
• Open Cut activities at different locations . Roa d Maintenance and Construction
Works.
• Receiver and launcher Valve stations at Pump Stations. Full Thrust Anchor
installed.
• Hydro testing, De -watering, nitrogen purging and valve installations.
• Installed Drain line in burn pit .
• Responsible for day to day site work
• Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that
work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting
planned dates in schedule.
• Monitored of piping fabrication, erection, and Installation as per Drawing.
• Fabricated Piping spools & structural work to cross check with Shop drawings
before coating and another required test.

• Handle Mechanical and welding activities in Fabrication shop.
• Organize Manpower & equipment according to the Priority of the job.
• Making daily Progress report & updаtеto the concerning Person.

proper way.

• Cleaning & Gauging km 211 to 431 at Shaybah NGL project 36” pipeline.
