Work Summary
For 20+ years mainly for implementation & supervision of building construction which involved in earthwork excavation, back-filling, layout of building structural work, pre stressed concrete works, masonry works, plastering wall, flooring, tiles fixing, waterproofing of tanks & roof, sanitary and water work. Check of reinforcement steel and concrete in footing, pedestals, beams, slabs, lintels, staircase, cantilevers and retaining wall are placed as per design and drawing.
Responsible for quality controls preparations of materials schedules, works progress reports, discussion with engineers.

Working as a Project Manager in Xeam Ventures P. Ltd for the construction of Multi -story commercial Building (B+G+11) at Alfa IT city , Sector- 83, Mohali , Punjab.
Responsible in performing all Inspection in Civil and Structural installation and ensures that each activity.
Implementation of site engineering management utilizing combined knowledge for organizing, staffing, leading and motivating manpower to achieve the standards output within the budgetary and more profitable cost.
Responsible in preparations and arrangements of all necessary documents for submittals and quotation.
Responsible of all aspects of civil and structural works including preparation of shops drawings, steel reinforced cutting and bending schedules and steel design details.

Provides quantity take-off and cost estimates for material orders, prepares work schedule and manpower distribution including site work supervision.
Prepare and coordinate material delivery before actual execution of various activities.
