-Analyzing current market conditions and competitor activities to produce sales forecasts, profitability reports and market share estimates.
-Manage, Interact and Act as Liaison for our Russian & Kyrgyz Business Suppliers
-Create and Translate all of our Russian Language Web, Packaging, Marketing and Social Media Content
-Travel to the distilleries with me to attend meetings and facilitate the relationship with our Russian & Kyrgyz Business Suppliers
-Manage and lead the individual brand cordinators to oversee all of the events

-Performing fitness assessments on clients to determine their current level of fitness
-Developing customized exercise programs for clients, including cardiovascular, resistance, flexibility, suspension (TRX) training, plyometrics, and boot camps.
-Supervising/ spotting clients during exercise movements
-Maintaining records of clients’ progress
-Continuously educating clients about exercise and healthy diet

-Participating in hiring new employees
-Training, controling and supervising employees
-Resolving complaints and problems
-Evaluating employee’s performance
-Developing flexible schedules
-Participating in preparing pay-rolls
