information about a retention and localization of personal data
• Aligment a local IT infrastructure with the 153-FZ
requirements
4. Core banking system automated testing project:

Management of full project cycle from Initiative phase to transfer to
support
Successfully completed.
Large-scale project, which required coordination of 8 vendors
(including one foreign) and internal team of 13 people.
Integration of 8 bank systems including two core bank systems with
aCRM.
As aCRM project manager, I was responsible for all major aCRM related
tasks and projects, interproject coordination and business needs
prioritization.
Budget – 2 200 000 Euro
2) Operational CRM solution implementation for Retail business.
Management of full project cycle from Initiative phase to transfer to
support
Successfully completed
Project activities involved deep cooperation with Retail business
Strategy. Scope included integration with aCRM system and core bank
system
Project required coordination of 4 vendors (including 2 foreign) and
internal team of 12 people.
Budget – 4 800 000 Euro
3) Soft and Hard collection system implementation (GEMO).
Management of full project cycle from Initiative phase to transfer to
support
Main achievements:
• Workflow management for the whole Collection process (from
overdue occurrence to transfer to the legal stage) for both PI and SME
segments and data consistency along the different phases of the
process.
• Communication channels management - integration with platform
to send SMS, automatic dialer, e-mail gateway, letter printing tool.
Project required coordination of 3 vendors (including foreign one) and
internal team of 8 people.
Successfully completed
Budget – 1 000 000 Euro
4) On-line balance functionality implementation.
Development of functionality that provides On-line synchronization of
cards transaction in core system with card balance and On-line
synchronization of cards/account transaction in ATM/BNA with core
system account balance.
Successfully completed.
Budget – 80 000 Euro
5) Credit History bureau Triggers. Implementation and Integration of
Triggers Signals provided by bureaus of credit history with Bank data
storage (FCCHS) and Bank external Credit Registry system.
Successfully completed.
Budget – 100 000 Euro
6) 365P. Implementation of Electronic workflow between Tax Authorities
and the Bank in compliance with CBR instruction № 365-P.
Budget – 400 000 Euro
Successfully completed.
7) SME Landing workflow. SME Lending workflow allows to have a tool
which cover end-to-end SME lending process and increase efficiency of
loan applications processing as it collects, processes and integrates
client’s data, including financial data. Also it allows to calculate
and control main KPI’s (at Client / RM / Credit Analytic / Branch
level).
Budget – 200 000 Euro
Successfully completed.
8) Contact centre transformation project (Co-PM).
9) Management of several additional pre-project activities within Core
Banking transformation programme.
Participation in meetings, phone and web conferences that was held in
English.
Preparation of presentations, project charters and reports in English
Project activities includes planning, project team management, risk
management, expectations management, budget management, contract
management including tender activities
