SUMMARY

PhD student of MIPT with 3 years of experience in biophysics. Also worked as scientific journalist and smart
contract developer during Master and PhD tracks. Developed tokenomics processing for cryptocurrency
with fully diluted market cap $450M (
Fat Cat Killer ). During work in Laboratory in MIPT analyse time-series of modelled DNA atoms in ionic solutions using Python. Mainly skilled at learning complex things fast and fitting deadlines.

Developing smart-contracts for distribution, burning and storage of tokens Jan - Jun 2022
• Designed a solution for processing of token economics (distribution and burning parts of 18% fees). Burning rate of cryptocurrency was the highest in industry at the moment of release (7%).
• Developed smart contracts for distribution and burning of the tokens.
• Made multi-signature wallet for storage of fees.
Laboratory for complex biophysical things – Bioinformatician
Analysis of interaction of ions with DNA using molecular dynamics simulations Jul 2019 - ongoing
• Design computational experiments to test hypotheses.
• Generate time series of atomic coordinates using AMBER and analyse
results using Python, PyMol, CHIMERA.
• Prepare results for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
In particular: Investigating how ions distribute around DNA (
my first article about
this) and how ions induce DNA attraction.
