HR development:
Engaged in development and implementation of personnel evaluation system. Member of a personnel evaluation commission.
Analyzing personnel evaluation, Employee individual development plans and training needs.
Prepare annual Training (HR development) plan based on the results of personnel evaluation, approved Employee individual development plan and a training budget. Training plan includes precise information on employee, training/seminar/ trainee internship providers, full cost of services, dates.
Work with HR pull (company’s perspective employees).Drawing individual development plan for HR pull based on career development plan. Monitoring of HR pull individual development plan realization.
Training Budget control and reporting, in total $2 500 000.
Training administration: Contracts, agreements conclusion, payment for services.
Consideration and approval of training budget and training plans of Daughter companies and Operators.
Recruitment:
Engaged in Recruitment plan for 2009-2014 years according to coming Exploration & Production projects. Member of a Strategic recruitment commission.
As a member of a Strategic recruitment commission have been engaged in drawing a manpower recruitment matrix for 2009-2010 according to Company Exploration & Production activities where we first realize HR pull strategy- for future key managerial positions , Trainees and market resources- for middle management and mass positions.
Search and selection of perspective Trainees among students for future needs of the company. Interview conduction of perspective ones.
Organize trainee internship in a well known Western OilGas Companies such as Exxon Mobil, Shell, Repsol SPF according to the Agreement of national HR development between KMT and above mentioned companies.
Selection of Recruitment companies, analyze their mass recruitment capabilities in Exploration & Production field. Достижения:

· Secondment of Company manpower resources to Client projects ( Mammoet Caspian BV , Bertling Kazakh Logistics Aktau, Boskalis Archirodon).
· Preparation of Manpower Payroll Management Contracts.
· Organizing Company Recruitment presentations, advertisements, service proposals to Clients.
· Participating in Vacancy Markets.
· Conducting search and selection of candidates through Company database, Internet resources and newspapers.
· Managing Recruiting group.
· Consultations of seconded employees on clients’ procedures & policies, work schedule, leading timesheets. Discuss their individual labor agreements. Consultations of clients on RoK Labow Law. Достижения:

· National and expatriate employees travel logistics and arrangements.

· Material requests in JDE program.
