For 11% decrease in annual costs by category awarded with “Gold medal” nomination in 2017; •Redesigned component supply chain to achieve OTD rate at the level of 90,3% (best CLAAS, LLC result ever); •Simplified finished product packing process, which resulted in annual 60 000 Euro savings; •Reduced inventory (materials for packing and fixation) for 17% by negotiations with suppliers (commitment for reaction time = 3 day instead of “within 15 days” contract terms.
