GGIP SENIOR JV LEAD, Jun 2023 – March 2025:
Project: Gas Growth Integrated Project, multi-energy project in Iraq, investment of 12 billion $ (Associated gas upstream
project AGUP, Gas midstream project GMP, Common seawater supply project CSSP, Solar power plant). Stakeholders:
TotalEnergies (Operator) 45%, QatarEnergy 25%, State and NOCs 30%.
Scope: Management of all Operator’s activities and business processes under Development and Production Agreement,
ensuring effective governance and contractual framework. Collaboration with key stakeholders and contractors to maintain
transparent and efficient projects management.
Main achievements :
- more than 30 executed contracts and amendments in line with C&P, technical and legal requirements, any type of
contracts (EPC, patrimonial, service, secondment, SPA)
- established governance framework from scratch (processes, procedures, and decision-making structures for
management boards), over 50 meetings in 2024

GCC (low-carbon blue ammonia production, CCS and other renewables projects). Stakeholder agreement: Novatek 48%,
TTE 19%, Gazprom 10%, others 23%.

Scope : Served as non-operating partner in various partnership projects operated by Novatek. Monitored and managed key
business processes, including contractual framework, C&P and audit activities, budget, LTP. Supervised LNG transhipment
operations. Steered contractual negotiations for SPAs, marketing agreements, and contracts with marine terminals,
transportation companies, and traders. Oversee and monitor project budgets and actual costs, ensuring all financial targets
are met.
Main achievements:

Scope: Acted as non-operated partner in Kharyaga PSA, ensuring effective governance and contractual framework.
Constructive and long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, contractors. Managed commercial
negotiations involving contracts, asset acquisitions and disposals.
Main achievements:
- fast processes unitization (procedures, correspondence, information flows, document control) to comply with
changing legislation and business needs (affiliate reorganization, simplification)
- planned and budgeted of all project activities and C&P programs based on key milestones and contractual deadlines

- 5-years steady crude lifting/export with minimizing transportation/transshipment costs and increasing of profit (loading
of TTE and Equinor shares)
- negotiated agreements with contractors (terminal, ports, vessels, pipeline/transportation company, brokers, insurers
etc.), savings 5-10%, calculation of sale price, discounts negotiation
- post-award contracts management, assessment of vendors performance, audit of contractors
