December 2010 - Feb2011: Worked in "AA Services" company at BP Serenja Hazardous Waste Storage Site. Position is HTDU - Service engineer (operator) HTDU- Heating Thermal Desorption Unit
Responsibilities: Operating and maintenance HTDU unit. Operation of the units in accordance with Plant Operating Manual.

Dewatering job:
Regular pilot testing of dewatering treatment to be pilot tested by Dewatering engineer in consultation with mud engineer to avoid excess polymer and flocculent in recovered water/ brine for mixing mud. Daily maintenance of that unit. Reported customer and project engineer recovered fluid volume and solids discarded to skips.
Cutting Containment System:
Regular inspection and testing of equipment as per operating guidelines.
Daily maintenance , recording all numbers of drill cutting boxes, total weights of cuttings and containment mud should be reported customer and office by daily reports. To observe all rules QHSE.
Solids Control Equipment: Daily inspection and maintenance solids control equipment, check discard, mud weight before centrifuges and after. Check the shale shakers, shaker screens, centrifuges, deciliters, decanters, degasser, centrifugal pumps, feed pumps, mud cleaners. All volumes and weights of mud and solids discharge recorded for centrifuge systems included in Daily Report.
