1.1. Анализ и учет дефектов продукции ЗАО «Ингерсолл-Рэнд СиАйЭс», участие в разработке и контроле за осуществлением корректирующих мероприятий, направленных на устранение несоответствий связанных с качеством. Выявление причин возникающих дефектов при изготовлении продукции несоответствующей спецификации.
1.2. Контроль за качеством и комплектностью изготовляемой ЗАО «Ингерсолл-Рэнд СиАйЭс» продукции.
1.3. Контроль за качеством поступающего в ЗАО «Ингерсолл-Рэнд СиАйЭс» сырья, материалов, комплектующих с заводов-поставщиков. Составление актов на несоответствующие спецификации материалы, комплектующие для предъявления поставщикам.
1.4. Систематический контроль за обеспечением единства и требуемой точности измерений при проведении разработок, испытаний в производстве, а так же осуществление метрологического контроля и надзора.
1.5. Осуществление учета качества продукции ЗАО «Ингерсолл-Рэнд СиАйЭс» по всем структурным подразделениям.
1.6. Проведение выборочных проверок качества продукции, отдельных технологических операций, участие в проверках состояния технологического оборудования.
1.7. Участие в подготовке договоров на поставку ЗАО «Ингерсолл-Рэнд СиАйЭс» сырья, материалов, полуфабрикатов, комплектующих и инструмента в части согласования требований приемки их по качеству.
1.8. Организация и внедрение более совершенных методов контроля и оценки качества продукции.
1.9. Разработка, внедрение и поддержание в рабочем состоянии системы качества ЗАО «Ингерсолл-Рэнд СиАйЭс».

Duties:
Green belts projects mentoring:
1. In charge of delivering business results through completion Green Belt projects, training people on operational excellence modules, leading kaizen events and other LSS events such as: ACP (Accelerated Change Process), HIT (High Intensity Team), LSS accelerator, VSMs etc.
2. Responsible for current Green Belt projects status, organize bi-weekly meetings with all Green Belt candidates (their teams, champions, process owners, any stakeholders), providing Green Belts candidates with support if necessary in terms of usage of appropriated LSS tools & techniques.
3. Consideration & approval of completed Green Belt projects, project economy validation in cooperation with plant financial controller & applying documentation to Regional Lean Leader in Europe & OpEx director (Green Belt certification process).
Pipeline:
1. Uploading LSS documentation and entering new projects into on-line Windchill database with showing status of a project, planned and achieved economy. Finding new opportunities for improvement in production and other areas, responsible for conducting Productivity Day in the plant at the end of business year
2. Feedback sustainment with 6 sigma champions in Europe in terms of working out new green & black belts projects ideas, opportunities for improvement and further entering them into database.
