South America Sub -region In charge of 4 countries (Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay). Principal functions:
• Improve work relationships between fellow employees and management by

• Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs and ensures that training
program goals are met.
• Provide HR guidance to management teams in business units when appropriate.
• Design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs ensuring
internal and external equity.
