Professional in the field of IT-recruitment both of technical and
management staff in international markets, freely-versed in
technological trends and the internal structure of the IT-companies.
Analyst of the IT labor market. Self motivated and proactive.
I graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in
history in 2001, from 2001 to 2009 I worked in the National Museum
of Altai Republic as a branch manager and researcher. My field of
interests - is oral history of the Altai folks as as a historical source.
I am a professional translator of historical texts from the language
of the Turkic-Mongolian peoples into Russian and other European
languages. I continue to develop in this direction and carry out
scientific activities at the present time.
Since 2015 I started cooperation with the Recruiting Agency. My
clients were mainly international IT-companies. From 2019 I have
been working for Huawei R&D as a contractor (Hays, ManPower).
Currently I freely guided in the modern IT professions and new
directions of development. My working aproach combines high-
quality analytics and the use of a wide variety of tools for market
assessment and recruitment, which allows me to quickly create a
database of candidates from scratch, in any location and significantly
reduces recruitment costs.
