I responsible for R&D, Sales Engineering, QA, ERP and other departments (about 200 employees at all). I
work with distributed team from CIS, USA and LATAM.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing counsel on complex HR issues and support to management regarding HR practices and
policies .
- Coaching managers and employees on a variety of components impacting employee experience,
including performance management, people and team dynamics, rewards and recognition, and
employee relations concerns.
- Building effective communication between divisions and employees of the company .
- Hiring for the depart ments assigned to me: analysis of the department’s demand, determining the
necessary competencies for candidates, setting recruiting tasks to my junior colleagues, conducting the
final interviews.
- Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers .
- Staff r etention : commu nication with managers, regular 1to 1 meetings with employees , risk evaluation ,
exit interviews .
- Providing managers with necessary HR analytics.
- Improvement of material and non -material motivation system .
- Development of internal and external employer brand .

- Conducted team comfort survey s, provided feedback and recommendations to team leader s.
- Improved onboarding and adaptation process for newcomers.
- Created a page for all HR issues on the internal IT portal for employees .
- As Project Manager I have organized vario us corporate events for all CIS offices (holidays, technical
meetups, HR breakfasts, Hackathon and etc.)
