HOLDER OF POSITION AS AN HEALTH COORDINATOR (PROJECT DOCTOR).

THE MAIN PROFESSIONAL JOB DUTIES PERFORMED:

MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDES MAINLY-
Provision of the complete medical service for about 550 expats (foreigners) and about 330 local
employees and their family dependants:
Accident and Emergency Service;
total routine consultation service;
primary care;
qualified medical aid including minor surgical operations (suture the various types of wounds, removal
of foreign bodies from the eyes, ears etc.);
attendance, diagnostics and treatment of the patients in outpatient (consultation) and clinical
(admission) conditions;
MEDEVAC (with/without medical escort) to Luanda (capital of the Republic of Angola) or to another
intended destinations;
occupational medicine;
tropical medicine expertise.

The other professional job duties performed:
participation in the daily morning medical meetings; vaccinations (cholera, yellow fever, Dengue fever,
Hepatitis-B etc.); participation in the various drills (Fire Drill, Medevac Drill etc.) as a medical
team leader; delivery injured and damaged or ill persons to the clinic directly from the accident
location (job site) by the ambulance car (from the board of the vessels etc.); co-operation with the HSE
staff of the companies taking part in the projects; trainings for employees (Malaria Prevention Program
(Malaria Awareness),Basic Life Support (Basic First Aid Course) etc. as a trainer/lecturer/instructor).
Ive obtained myself the following training courses: Medical Personnel Induction; Malaria Prevention
Program (Malaria Awareness); performing of an alcohol (breathing) and drugs (urine sample) tests.

members) to shift temporarily the ships doctor due to his medical emergency reason. The basic job
duties-see below.

FISHING MOTOR VESSEL “BLUE WAVE” (ICELANDIC SHIPS OWNER)
- as a ships doctor with appropriate job duties. The main of them were the following: complete accident
and emergency service onboard, primary care and qualified medical aid including minor surgical
operations, all types of medical manipulations (including all types of injections, intravenous drоpinfusions, dressings, suturing the wounds, removal of the foreign bodies from the eyes, ears etc.).No
nurse or any other assistant was present. Crew quantity- more than 110 crew members.

JULY 2009 - AUGUST 2009
PASSENGER CRUISE MOTOR VESSEL “FESTIVAL CLUB” (CASPI CRUISE LTD, ASHDOD, ISRAEL)-about 1500 passengers
and about 400-450 crew members. The main job duties were the same as below.

PASSENGER CRUISE MOTOR VESSEL “ROYAL IRIS” (GOLDEN CRUISE (MANO CRUISE) LTD,HAIFA,ISRAEL)-about 1000
passengers and 350 crew members. All the main job duties were the same as above and were performed by me
alone without nurse or any other assistant including all types of medical manipulations (intravenous
drоpinfusions, all types of injections, bandages etc.),minor surgical operations (suturing the wounds,
removal of the foreign bodies from the eyes, ears etc.),escort of the hard patients to the ashore based
clinics if the medical aid onboard the ship cannot be performed in full volume.
