Technical writer

A sole TW in the company. In collaboration with SW designers in Moscow, R&D and Customer Support (HQ in Paris):
- Contents creation in the field of Financial Risk Management and Finance Maths:
• Writing all kinds of end-user docs in Simple English (incl. required release notes, featuring papers, reference manuals, use case guides, embedded interactive Help systems etc.) packaged for Riskdata product release output – when scheduled in classic mode; Creating/updating LIVE documentation: when in Agile mode
• Testing the GUIs, assisting SW designers for GUI improvement, assisting R&D in methodo- papers rendering and format unification, developing internal technical instructions.
- Contents organization and structuring:
• Setting the company standards for information structure and production workflow
• Implementation of, live content development, support and administration of the corporate Integrated Documentation System. Riskdata’s Knowledge Database covering Methodology, end-user docs, Training materials, etc. is based on Atlassian's Confluence platform
• Contents management with the platform-level scripts, XML/HTML/CSS coding, PDF output production and formatting makeup.
- Helping the team for tighter cooperation, faster accessing the requested contents and for better QoS organization.

A well-educated and proven-skilled Russian individual, Ph.D. with exceptional academic and industrial experience, a worker with intense motivation, analytical mind and high responsibility, an artist with good sense of style and learning curiosity – is seeking for new opportunities for his analytical and writing abilities in IT-related fields, domestically or beyond. Proficient in English and Russian technical writing, web content, embedded Help and PDF manuals creation, written correspondence, information treatment, technical specifications and communications; in HTML/CSS/DOM/LaTeX, Adobe CS, Confluence, JIRA, SQL. Familiar with multivariate data analysis, SW programming, graphic design, Agile methodologies. Having worked for own SW applications and research in geosciences.
