Education: higher education – I graduated from Frunze State University at Simferopol in 1986.

I work as a translator/ interpreter and materials writer by individual contracts.

I am a member of ALTA – an international association of translators in the sphere of literary translations.

I am a member of IATEFL – a worldwide association of English teachers with TESOL and Cambridge certificates.

I have participated in international practical-scientific conferences conducted by IATEFL and the British Counsel.

I translate scientific and historical literature; I translate scientific articles having to do with geography, tourism, ecology and medicine. 2008-2011 – arrangement of dialogues and translation of texts for children’s educational films. I have taken part as a materials writer and translator of the materials for tourists in the different projects of ‘ Aroma Way’ company. I have also translated films and written articles, related to the tourist attractions and also I have taken part in the project related to medical tourism.

I am the author of some thematic essays relating to methods of teaching English, which are included in collections of articles published by international conferences.

I am an organizer of international language camps, according to the program “English +”.

As a translator and teacher by profession I have work experience in public school; I worked as a translator for gazettes and journals. As a materials writer I have written the articles related to tourism as well as to the methods of English language teaching. I have been a technical organizer of conferences and training seminars relating to teaching English. Consequently, I have experience working with representatives of local government offices.

2009-2013 – I translated for the following public organization: Yevpatoria Center of Regional Development, Yevpatoria Municipal Business Association, Institute of the Development of Creative Technology and Mass Media.
2009-2012 – I translated films designed for municipal projects.
2010 – I was a student by correspondence at the Center of Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation. The educational course consisted of 12 modules, including “European Integration,” “Quality in Administration,” “Electronic Administration,” “Community Organization and Communication,” “Stable Development and Ecology,” “Public Administration-Polish Experience,” and others.
March 2010 – I participated in the international symposium “Creative Cities,” sponsored by the British Counsel in Poland (Warsaw).
June 2010 – I participated in a business meeting within the guidelines of international cooperation, relating to the teaching of English (Prague).
June 2010 – I participated in the 11th session of the American Summer Institute.
February 25, 26, 2010 – I was a co-organizer of the fifth business games, “Creative Cities,” sponsored by the British Counsel in Ukraine (Yevpatoria).
