Retention & Renewal Focus: Proactively engage with customers to assist in reaching a 95%+ renewal rate, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers, delivering value through personalized educational projects and resources while ensuring their needs are met consistently throughout their lifecycle.
