MVP FLOW:
1. Product research
- reasearch of product relevance, potential monetary and non -monetaty value
proposition,
customer needs, market size estimates;
- research of user requests by different surveys, customers’ interviews and research of
user experience
within dating apps;
- create target audience;
- identify risks (value risk, usability risk, feasibility risk, business viability risk);
- synthesis of principles based on the carried out analysis.
2. MVP
- create general mind map ( miro );
- SWOT - analysis;
- create CJM based on UX of competitors’ apps for making user -friendly interface
(miro );
- create wireframes ( figma )
- short test of first prototype;
- elaborate based research outcome, user testing, interview, user flow;
- search of color, illustration and functional solutions;
- create name and logo;
- make interactive prototype.
3. Make changes and adjustments
- search usability problems after prototype testings ;
- making changes to mindmap and separate backlog on stages .
