Translation of a wide range of documents on humanitarian and other activities of the ICRC, consecutive interpretation at various meetings including at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the Russian Red Cross, the Office of the Ombudsman for Children’s Right, the Collective Security Treaty Organization, simultaneous interpretation at various public events and trainings.

Overseeing the overall implementation of the program, translating different training materials, accompanying Russian youth robotics teams to international completions held in St. Lois, MO, conducting training for schoolteachers on different aspects of organizing robotics students’ groups, developing grаntapplications to Russian State grant-making authorities, implementing agreements between the Foundation and educational institutions.

Developing, implementating and overseeing the civic component of NDI/Russia’s program for civic organization aimed to increase the institutional capacity of Russian civic groups to get involved in the decision-making process on the Federal, regional and local levels to address issues that citizens are concerned with by bringing together various actors in the field: governmental institutions, political parties, civic groups and citizens.
Translating a set of manuals on various topics: different aspects of election campaigns, election observation, management of political parties and civic groups, civic advocacy campaigns, etc.

Managing the recruitment process, including orientation of new employees. Translating and editing various training materials of relevance to the respective positions.

Communication with English-speaking customers on specific projects (ad materials, brochures, reports, etc).

Acting as a liaison between Western English-speaking customers and managers and the Russian staff.
