The main responsibilities included monitoring the indicators that are included in the Project results framework agreed upon, evaluating the results achieved and assessing potential gaps between the initial targets and the actual results over the implementation period, taking the lead on coordinating the development of the Targeted Social Assistance scheme to eligible households in consultation with the State Agency for Social Protection, as well as supporting the design of reporting mechanisms for Project monitoring, including data collection formats at all levels and reporting formats for the transmission of data. I am also collaborating closely with all departments involved in Project implementation at the national and sub-national levels, and other institutions responsible for data collection and ensure timely receipt of the M&E data that is required to updаtеthe Project results framework, designing and implementing capacity building activities, including trainings on data collection, entry, reporting and analysis and interpretation of results.

Acting as a support to Project Coordinators and Country Representative in project management, budget management, liquidity control of project and the country office, I am responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of projects. Directly reporting to the Head of office was responsible for finance and project management. As part of the responsibilities for finance management, I was in charge of establishing and then maintaining the effective accounting system, be a focal point for review and auditing financial reports submitted by local and international partners, developing liquidity plans for projects and ensure proper controls over fulfilment of plans. The project management responsibilities included full project cycle management and overall coordination and monitoring of project implementation.

Finance and Administrative Officer with Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation

More than 10 years of employment relationship with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Main responsibilities included, but were not limited to finance and accounting management, budgetary controls, and liquidity management:
Finance and Accounting management - provided quarterly financial reports to the HQ, including statement of funds, BS, PL, and summary of project activities;
Budgetary control - updated the office's budget control tools, with detailed expenditure analysis and plan-fact repots
Monitoring and Evaluation - carrying out activities related to monitoring the quality of project implementation, including visits to project sites, establishment of reports, as well as conducting audits of partner organizations.
Key accomplishment Successful implementation and launching of the standardize accounting system required by HQ, providing timely updаtеof the accounting software improving bookkeeping of the agency.

Project Coordinator with Aga Khan Foundation (AKF)
2002 - 2003
Hired to provide overall coordination and project management on behalf of Asian Development Bank (ADB), Aga Khan Foundation, and Care International on the project for rural regions communities' poverty reduction. The project aimed to provide basic infrastructure support for the selected communities and introduce micro-financial services to vulnerable population of the communities. The emphasis of the position was to provide constant field visits to the selected communities with monitoring and quality controls purposes. The project progress reports and visits timely reported to the Project Advisory Board and relevant government agencies and ADB and AKF.

From 1994 to 2002 held varies finance and administrative positions with World Bank, European Community Humanitarian Office, International Committee of the Red Cross, and International Rescue Committee.
