Meeting with clients, presenting technical aspects of products offering information and advice on how to use the products. Meet & explain how technical products work to customers. Develop & demonstrate use, purpose, benefits of equipment to client.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

 Coordinate with several renowned companies of Russia & CIS Countries.
 Handle technical marketing of machinery & equipment like Crusher-Jaw, Gyratory, Cone, Hammer etc., Mills-Ball, Rod,
Autogenous, Semi-Autogenous (SAG), Electric Rope Shovel, Dragline for Mining, Power and Cement industry.
 Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnership.
 Floating enquiries to vendors for quotation, specifications and negotiations with vendors.
 Manage day to day interaction with vendors for prices, business develop related issues.
 Follow ups with vendors related to supply of material on time.
 Knowledge of decoding Russian standard “GOST” into its equivalent International Standard containing Mechanical Properties and Chemical Composition.
 Technical discussion with vendors. Vendor rating, vendor evaluation.
 To remain in constant touch with design, PPC, store and production department related to procurement of items.
 Technical knowledge of Coal Handling Plant (CHP), Cement & Mining equipment like Crusher, Mill, Electric Rope Shovel,
Dump Trucks, Dragline, Kiln etc.
 Provides sales forecasting, MIS for assigned customer base and sets performance goals accordingly.
 Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
 Advises customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability and intended use.
 Recording & maintaining client contact data through customer relationship management.
 Monitoring work progress & performance of equipment including total Erection and Commissioning activities as per specified schedule.
 Maintains close relationships with customers to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.
 Ensure product dispatches in coordination with Logistics & as per customer schedule.
 Cost comparison, analysis and good negotiation skills.
 Market analysis & Competition.
 Prepare yearly business plan and sales forecasting.
 Business Analysis & Development.
 Reaching potential customers through cold calling, email or social media software applications.
 Visit Prospects and continue follow up.
 Provide new project details and new Product details to existing customers to motivate them and increase sales.
 Generating leads through online research on the internet.
 Calling and follow up with the customers aggressively.
 Participations in various trade shows like EXCON, BAUMA, IME, Nepal Buildcon, World Conex, World of Concrete etc.
 Calls on customers such as Aggregate producers, Mines Contractors and Engineering houses at quarries, Mine sites,
Principal offices and other establishments and attempts to convince prospective clients of desirability and practicability of products or services offered.
 Co-ordination with various departments in head office for pre-order & post order activities.
 Preparation of technical and commercial quotes, discussions, negotiations with customers, close deals.
 Knowledge of Engineering drawing,
 Advises customer on types of equipment to purchase, considering such factors as costs, space availability and intended use.
 Identifying the Target market, positioning the product and services appropriately.
 Handling all site activities related to the Sales.
