About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Join our innovative company as a User Acquisition Manager , where you'll drive growth through cutting-edge strategies and be at the forefront of transforming the financial industry!

Tasks:

• Manage and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns across various platforms;
• Analyze campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations;
• Working with both internal and external reporting and analytics tools to track results.
• Collaborate with creatives and motion designers to create ad content, track and analyze competitors' creatives, and brainstorm new ideas;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI);
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of UA strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the iGaming or Forex industries, with a strong understanding of traffic acquisition and optimization strategies;
• Proficiency with tools like AppsFlyer, Keitaro, and Dolphin for campaign tracking and management;
• Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) and cloaking strategies;
• Native-level Russian and professional proficiency in English (B2+).
• Strong analytical skills with a background in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
