The merged company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — the IT company Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ.

The team focuses on international business development and strategic initiatives across multiple markets. We support expansion and new product launches through structured analysis, market research, and data-driven decision support in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

What will you do:

• Support development of market and product strategies through structured analysis across countries;
• Conduct market research and assess market size and opportunity potential;
• Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives and growth projects;
• Analyze performance metrics and identify drivers of growth and underperformance;
• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and recommendations;
• Prepare decision materials and presentations for leadership teams.

You are a good fit if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or similar analytical roles;
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Demonstrate strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills;
• Understand corporate finance and valuation fundamentals;
• Use Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level;
• Communicate clearly in English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience working with emerging markets;
• Have background in marketplaces, e-commerce, logistics, delivery platforms, or fintech;
• Participate in market entry, international expansion, or new product launch projects.
