We are looking for an experienced user acquisition manager to run marketing across Google Ads / TikTok and other channels.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior User Acquisition Manager specializing in Google Ads and mobile applications:

• Run user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and TikTok/Other paid channels, with a focus on performance for iOS and Android apps
• Monitor and optimize campaigns, bidding models, audience segmentation, keywords to reach ROAS and scale targets
• Provide transparent performance reports and take part in marketing reporting automation
• Drive growth through rapid experimentation using performance data
• Work with marketing and product teams to share insights and scale managed channels
• Be up to date with industry trends and platform updates

Must have:

• 3+ years of successful user acquisition experience for a mobile-first product
• Expert in Google Ads and either TikTok/Meta or other social media marketing
• Proven track record of successful ROAS optimization, good understanding of mobile/web2app/other acquisition techniques and modern attribution stack
• Experience with web funnels is a big plus
• Strong communication and project management skills
